To book your appointments please call us at 717.218.8732. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, which are required to hold your reservation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. For appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than the required notice, a 50% charge will be issued for the first no-show or after 24 hour cancellation. Any no-show or cancellation after that will result in a full charge.
We understand that things come up, but regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten or cancel your service so we are on time for our next guest in our schedule. If scheduling permits, we will try to accommodate your full appointment. When shortened, the full service price will be charged. For instances where we do not have proper time to accommodate your service, we will need to charge your card on file in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We ask that any new massage therapy guest and salt cave guest arrive 15 minutes prior to the time of service. That time allows for you to fill our your guest consultation form.
We offer an “experience,” somewhere you invest in yourself and forget about stress, time, and schedules. Please feel free to arrive well before your recommended check-in time, slip into a plush robe and slippers in our locker room and relax with your favorite book or catch up from your busy week. Spend time with yourself, we encourage it. Guests with packages are asked to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their first service.
New Medical Conditions
For repeat spa guests who have previously filled out our client health intake form, upon scheduling your appointment, please notify us if you are pregnant, undergoing any new medical treatment not previously mentioned, or added any medications, as this may change your service options.
Cell Phone Usage
For salon guests:
We do allow cell phone usage in our waiting area, but we encourage guests to step outside into the common area to allow for a more relaxing atmosphere for all guests of the salon.
For spa guests:
We do ask for all cell phones to be turned off or silenced upon check-in and prior to placing in your locker.
We are often asked about gratuities. Gratuities are not included with any service, treatment or gift cards unless stated by contract. Gratuities are accepted in cash and added to credit card payments.
Please help us maintain our peaceful environment by silencing your cell phones and remember to speak in your soft spa voice upon arrival at Tranquility.
Service discrepancies must be reported within three days of service. Returns or exchanges only and a receipt must be present. No cash refunds.
