Appointments: Appointments are reserved by credit card at the time of reservation.

In consideration of other guests and our technicians, we ask for a 24 hour notice on all cancellations. Cancellations without a notice of 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service fee. Guests with a first time no show appointment will be charged 50% and any no show appointment after that will be a full charge.

Arrival Times: We ask that any new massage therapy guest and salt cave guest arrives 15 minutes prior to the time of service. That time allows for you to fill out your guest consultation form.

Gratuities: We are often asked about gratuities. Gratuities are not included with any service, treatment or gift cards. Gratuities are only accepted in cash.

Tranquil Environment: Please help us maintain our peaceful environment by silencing your cell phones and remember to speak in your soft spa voice upon arrival at Tranquility.

Late Policy: As a courtesy to our guests and our goal to remain on time and prompt with all of our guests, late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for the full service fee. Depending on your service, late arrivals may be asked to reschedule.

Refunds: Service discrepencies must be reported within 3 days of service. Returns or exchanges only and a receipt must be present. No cash refunds.

Payment: We gladly accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER. NO CHECKS.
